With the boys in a new school this year they are really looking forward to the Valentine’s Day parties their teachers are planning. I’ve been trying to come up with something that’s a little bit different than the usual lollipop or pencil classroom Valentine’s. Of course, with two classrooms to cover I need to be creative enough that it won’t break the bank either. Last Easter I managed to cut a ton of junk and candy out of our Easter Egg hunt by filling the boy’s eggs with little Safari Ltd. Animals. The kids loved them and since a single tube filled 12 eggs it was a really affordable switch, so I decided to use the same idea for class Valentine’s. These cute and simple Valentine’s are easy to put together – just download and print the free printable Valentines below and then glue a Safari Ltd Toob Animal to each one!
We used the “Wild” toob with lots of safari animals – each toob has 12 animals inside, so I only needed to purchase two for each class. I used elmer’s glue to affix them to the cards, but tape or even little twist ties would be good for securing them as well.

Now that the Valentines are done, I have to start planning our special family dinner – it’s one of my favorite things to do because the boys love to cook and we usually go all out with a five course meal and fancy dessert!
